Jay is the owner of several Pottstown-based businesses and is general partner of the Lankford Acquisition Company, LP. He has been active on the Montgomery County Industrial Development Authority since 2014 and currently serves on the organization’s Finance Committee. Jay, a 1993 Hill School graduate and a member of Hill’s Board since 2023, earned his B.A. in history from Boston University and his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law-Camden. Jay and his longtime companion, Dr. Beth Fisher, live with Jay’s two sons in Malvern, Pa.
