Doug Bishop

Director of Operations

Caplan Enterprises

Together we accomplish so much more than we can as individuals. Intentional efforts like Hobart’s Run are crucial in mature communities, and those efforts may be as much about providing attention and polishing, rather than focusing on what is ‘new’ or ‘current.

Doug is Director of Operations for a local McDonald’s Franchisee, owner of Mario’s Café and Pizzeria, and owner of a leadership training consulting company, CatalystLeader. He resides in nearby Perkiomenville. He first became involved with Hobart’s Run by supporting neighborhood clean-ups.

"How Can I Help Hobart's Run?"

There are many ways to get involved – from volunteering for a cleanup, participating in neighborhood meetings, serving as a block captain, or making a financial contribution that will help us fund our community initiatives.

Hobart's Run (a 501(c)(3) neighborhood initiative) was launched by The Hill School to create a clean and safe community; foster inclusivity; provide incentives for home ownership and property pride; and generate quality business development.
