Also in spring 2019, Hobart’s Run launched its Façade Improvement Grant (FIG) program, which provides $500 grants toward projects that restore and improve homes’ street appeal. Eligible projects may include painting, porch repair, step or sidewalk repair, and select landscaping work.
From January 30, 2026 – June 30, 2026
The amount awarded for façade improvements has been increased from $500 to $1,500. Incentives are available as program funding is secured.
