Hobart’s Run offers funds to new businesses that open in the 500 to 900 blocks of East High Street as part of its Business Incentive Grant (BIG) program. Eligible businesses will receive up to $1,500 toward their first month’s rent or mortgage payment. Hobart’s Run welcomes new businesses that will enhance the quality of life for neighborhood residents and contribute to Pottstown’s overall well-being as well as the Borough’s tax base. Naturally, new businesses will need to follow all Borough zoning and code standards.
Hobart’s Run’s goal is to use BIGs to improve economic vitality and encourage a collaborative community among business owners, residents, volunteers, and others on High Street’s east end.
