Neighborhood Kids Treated to Holiday Party

About 50 children and teens who attend the Ricketts Center’s afterschool program enjoyed a holiday party complete with food, fun activities, and gifts on December 17, 2024.

Hosted by Hobart’s Run, the festivities included jewelry and crafts-making, gingerbread house construction, a buffet dinner prepared by Sodexo (The Hill School’s food service provider), and a visit from “Santa,” played by Center Director Randall Hawkins. Gifts were provided for the children by faculty, staff, and students at The Hill School, who selected children’s wish lists from cards provided to the School by Center staff. It was a pleasure bringing joy to these delightful kids!

"How Can I Help Hobart's Run?"

There are many ways to get involved – from volunteering for a cleanup, participating in neighborhood meetings, serving as a block captain, or making a financial contribution that will help us fund our community initiatives.

Hobart's Run (a 501(c)(3) neighborhood initiative) was launched by The Hill School to create a clean and safe community; foster inclusivity; provide incentives for home ownership and property pride; and generate quality business development.
