Hobart’s Run is preparing for its annual 5K – Hobart’s Run by the River – again with a spooky Halloween-themed twist. The Run by the River will take place on Sunday, October 27, beginning at 9 a.m. (8 a.m. registration) at scenic Riverfront Park, 100 College Drive, Pottstown, Pa.
