A total of 55 runners, some in Halloween costumes, supported our 2024 5K fundraiser in October.
Fall has been exceptionally lively at Edgewood Historic Cemetery, 989 E. High Street, here in our focus area! On October 7, the first-ever walking tour, A Walk to Remember, earned rave reviews.
More than 62 individuals donned running shoes – and, in a few cases, Halloween costumes – to enjoy the Hobart’s Run by the River 5K on October 29, the main fundraiser for the nonprofit’s neighborhood improvement initiative.
Hobart’s Run and several other Pottstown delegates traveled to Phoenix, Arizona, to attend Mpact, a national transit conference.
When word came out that the Pottstown Halloween parade would not happen this year due to funding issues, community groups led by Hobart’s Run as parade organizer stepped up to help the parade step off on October 22.
Hobart's Run (a 501(c)(3) neighborhood initiative) was launched by The Hill School to create a clean and safe community; foster inclusivity; provide incentives for home ownership and property pride; and generate quality business development.
